Long Beach Zombie Walk Festival vendors and exhibitors are truly part of what makes our annual event so unique and spectacular! This event continues to offer vendors, artists, and exhibitors a wonderful opporunity to get their creations, brands, and products in front of thousands of revelers of all ages.  All vendors are provided a 10×10 booth, power, and an interior light, as the event goes on well into the night!

The Fine Print…

 

All exhibitors who aim to sell products must have a business license with the City of Long Beach. For businesses that do not have a current business license within the City of Long Beach, a special events business license must be acquired through the City of Long Beach Business License Section (click here for form) or acquired in person at the City Hall at 333 W. Ocean Blvd.  YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR BUSINESS LICENS TO THE EVENT COORDINATOR PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

No refunds will be issued unless this outdoor event is cancelled by the coordinator. All vendor booth purchases include a 10×10 canopy, overhead light and electricity.  All vendors are responsible for decor, power strips/extension cords, credit card machines and all other items to conduct business as needed.  All parts of your display and covering must fit within the space you have purchased. This event will be held rain or shine.

LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS

Vendors have from Noon to 1:30 pm to set up. Vendors will be allowed to pull vehicles near spaces to unload. However, all vendor vehicles must be moved no later than 1:30 pm. Vendors are responsible for providing everything necessary for their set up. Spaces must be set up and ready to go by 1:30 pm. Vendors that have not arrived by 1:30 pm am risk losing their space.

BREAK DOWN
Vendors will not be allowed to start packing up their spaces until 10:30pm. By purchasing a space you agree to stay until the end of the event, 11:00pm.

BY PURCHASING A SPACE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

Event hours are from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Your space is required to stay open, clean, and available to customers until the end of the event. You may not start packing up until 10:30 pm. You are responsible for construction, removal and cleanup of your space. You are required to stay within the space purchased. You are responsible for all sales transactions and resulting tax liabilities. This event can’t guarantee either a certain number of sales or a certain number of customers coming to the show. Participation in this event is at your own risk. Event coordinator is not responsible for acts of god and extreme weather. This event wil be held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued unless event is cancelled by coordinator.

Please keep in mind this is a family-friendly event. No sexually-graphic material is allowed. Event coordinator and staff reserves the right to inspect items being sold by vendors to verify they meet this standard. If items being sold are believed to be inappropriate, the vendor will be asked to remove items from pominent display, or leave the event. If vendor is asked to leave the event they will not be issued a refund.
